I have upgraded from Ubuntu 10 to 12.10. The wireless stopped working, so I did a clean install. I have tried a few fixes, but none have worked. It used to see wireless networks, but wouldn't log in.
I would appreciate any help.

I just recently got my ethernet port to work by updating my kernel and installing the atheros drivers for it, but my wireless still does not work.I am using Ubuntu 12.10 64-bit. Here is my lshw -c network

I'm having a problem with my HP DL365G1 server, I installed Ubuntu Desktop 64bit on it, it works fine but I'm facing a problem!
The server comes with dual NICs, one of them is "UNCLAIMED" check "lshw -c network" output

I did a update and the wireless stopped working, there is a section that says Unclaimed, I tried the suggestions as shown and no glory, at the bottom it says Fatal, Module wl not found

I a trying to get Ubuntu 10.04 working on a family members new netbook.
The only real problem I have encountered thus far is the wireless is not working (it worked when booted to windows).
I have been to (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EeePC/Fixes) and still have a few question and have not been able to get anywhere.
