[ubuntu] Web pages don't fit anymore

http://ubuntuforums.org – I have been using Chrome to browse the Internet. I think I have noticed a change: for a while now, when I visit a web page, the page isn't zoomed in. It isn't edge to edge of my screen, in the way that you can get text to "fit width" in a word processor. There almost always seems to be a border left around the content of the web page that doesn't do anything except waste space on my display. One result of this is that the fonts on the screen aren't as large as they could be, making the page harder to read. I have to click on the zoom in button, to fit the page better onto my di (Hardware)

my mouse drifts off the edge of the screen and the page changes to something I was looking at some time ago, or a blank desktop. I realize its a page-wrap error, but how do I stop it?????

Chrome does this really annoying thing where if I tape near a radio button on a website (like the page # when trying to go to a certain page in a thread) a little window will pop up with a zoomed-in view of that portion of the page...I don't want it to do that, especially when in Webtop mode. Any tip on how to disable this?

I'm new to Java and Android. I have been trying for the past week to make an app for my phone. The App consists of 4 pages. I attached a picture with an example to try explain what I am trying to accomplish.

I have a Postscript file that I can't print because it has too many fonts for my printer (a LaserJet 5M with 14MB memory). I might be able to display it a page at a time and do a screen capture of each page, but that gets pretty tedious and also has the problem that the pages get cluttered up with control information.

Most people would want to use the font selections of the web page designer, but you can force your own font selection with:Edit > Preferences > Content > Fonts&Colors > Advanced > uncheck "Allow pages to choose their own fonts..."To disallow image resizing on zoom:View > Zoom > check "Zoom Text Only"

I do not know if my problem is related to systemd, but since I performed the change, I cannot get good results when I want to get many pages by pages with the Ricoh Aficio MP 4000 at my office. More precisely, when I want two pages by page, I get 4 pages by page. When I ask for 4 pages by page, I get 16 pages and so on.
