I was looking at ordering an extra stylus before my Note comes in, was wondering if anyone tried the Wacom yet. I use a Wacom Intuos tablet, and like their stuff, but didn't know if it was any better than say the pen with the eraser (the other one I was looking at). Wish Wacom had done an eraser since plan on using PS Touch a lot (I'm assuming the other pens eraser works in that?).
Hello, I still use 10.04, because I can only get certain scientific programs to run on Lucid.
My Wacom Bamboo Tablet stopped working on Ubuntu today. Neither the pen nor the mouse works, and the light is on, so it's not a hardware problem. It's worked perfectly fine up to this point.
I have the linuxwacom xorg drivers and wacom-tools installed. I've done searches and found this same problem many times, but none of the solutions worked for me.
Hi all !
I have a rather strange (though not too serious) problem configuring my Wacom tablet. It has 4 buttons, multi-touch ability and a three buttons stylus (two under the thumb, plus an eraser one).
As the multi-touch function gets messy most of the time, I want to get rid of it using the xsetwacom command-line tool. No problem.
I've bought a Wacom Bamboo Pen, and it works great in Ubuntu 11.10 32-bit, because the drivers are automaticly installed and the settings are displayed in the systemsettings. My problem is only the eraser on the bottom of the pen. The eraser doesn't work. I've tested in Pinta. How to fix this?

Hi, my wacom tablet is working fine with pressure sensitivity and painting in GIMP, but I'm using a dual monitor setup. I've been searching for answers and I can't find any documentation about mapping to a portion of the screen.
I have an old Wacom CTE-440 and Bamboo Fun tablets.
I've tried installing the driver for them, file name "xf86-input-wacom-0.17.0", yet I don't know how to successfully get it to work.
When using my Wacom Bamboo tablet as a mouse, I'd like to set it up so that when I 'drag' with the eraser end, it generates scroll events. With the default setup there is doesn't seem to be a way to scroll using the stylus/eraser.
