http://ubuntuforums.org – So I created a startup USB device using the "startup disk creator". I used it to install it on a host and now I cannot seem to mount it or use it anymore. I cannot get a /dev partition for it. When I plug in, I see the following in the DMESG: [ 3553.452044] usb 2-2: new high-speed USB device number 3 using ehci_hcd [ 3553.584436] usb 2-2: New USB device found, idVendor=1307, idProduct=0163 [ 3553.584442] usb 2-2: New USB device strings: Mfr=0, Product=0, SerialNumber=0 [ 3553.584867] scsi9 : usb-storage 2-2:1.0 [ 3554.584703] scsi 9:0:0:0: Direct-Access USBest USB2FlashS (Hardware)
