http://ubuntuforums.org – System: Ubuntu Server 10.10 NIC: wmp300n Issue: Installing bcmwl-kernel-source fails - stalls at following: Code: update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-2.6.35-22-generic-pae Initially I was on this step while accessing the server using SSH on my wireles laptop. While waiting on this step to complete I lost wifi connection so I attempted to install the package again and was greeted with: Code: ~$ sudo apt-get install bcmwl-kernel-source E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem. I run that and get: Code: ~$ sudo dpkg -- (HowTos)
