i just followed the steps here for removing pulseaudio, and expected my volume systray icon to disappear (now replaced with volti), but my internet icon has also disappeared for some odd reason:any suggestions as to why that might be and how i can get it back are much appreciated.
I know it may sound dumb, but for some reason after finally figuring out how to do launchers and icon packs (feel like i've been trapped in a cave for years) i want to change the contacts icon on my phone to a rolodex type icon. I tried searching through the play store but nothing comes up with a specific icon, just the typical search results.

After updating from 13.04 to 13.10 the Network manager icon disappeared. All other icons are there, like sound, power management, etc, just nm is missing. If I run nm-applet on terminal it comes up to its rightful place. The problem is that whenever I close terminal the icon vanishes again. Tried many thing but can't seem to make it work.
