I am receiving the following message while i am trying to install skype. please help

Sorry I'm new to Ubuntu and this forum so do forgive me if I seem like I don't know what I'm doing.
I have tried to install Skype for the past few days and have been receiving this error:

That error i386 is giving me headaches Im totally noob in ubuntu so please i have this dell inspiron 64 bit and im ruining win 7 and ubuntu in dual boot i get always something like this:

I am trying to install handbrake-gtk in 12.04 with gnome3 shell
This is what I did:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:stebbins/handbrake-releases
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install handbrake-gtk
But I get:

I am trying to install the gnome shell on Ubuntu 11.10, with all updates installed. This is the message I get when I try, though.

ok so i am trying to install wine because i want to run ubuntu only but i play a game that is not compatable with ubuntu so i want to get wine so i do the terminal thing.
