Sziasztok!
Segítséget kérnék abban hogy telepíthetõ fel a Realtek szoftvere Realtek mûködik minden hang a laptopomon csak a mikrofon erõsítést nem érem el, ami nagyon hiányzik mert Skype-on nem hallanak.
I looked some new motherboards and most of them has these audio chips:
AUDIO: VT1708B
AUDIO: Realtek ALC1200
AUDIO: Realtek ALC800
Plese, let me know, how can I check, if they are supported in kernel 2.6.30?
I looked at alsa page, and no information I have seen there.

I am new to linux and having problems with Wifi. It does work, but it's very slow and shaky (drops connection). All the other machines (few Windows, Xbox, Samsung smart-tv etc) work just fine.
I have searched these forums and it seems that many people are having problems with default drivers. Realtek provides linux drivers, but I am not sure how to install them.
Seeing the frustration many seem to experience with WiFi drivers (including myself), I thought it important to post the results of my effort. I tried all of the publicly available drivers I could find. Nothing worked. A simple email to Realtek support via their website fixed the problem. I sent the Version, kernel, and card information.
I need help creating the driver for the RealTek RTL8111DL network interface built into my motherboard - MSI 770-C45. I've downloaded the driver from the RealTek website, and followed the directions in the readme to extract the compressed package, change directory to the new directory.
Recently I purchased for few bucks on eBay a wireless network adapter with name "EDUP 802.11N". This topic explains how to setup this device on Ubuntu.
Hello,
Since I upgraded ubuntu to 12.04 and now 12.10 I'm having wireless problems from low speeds to random disconnects. I simply can't use wireless at all since it is really "twitchy". My laptop is a SAMSUNG R580 with a realtek 8192se 802.11 b/g/n wireless PCI card.
lspci -nn | grep 'Wireless'
Code:
03:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
Just bought me a GIGABYTE GA-D525TUD (with Realtek RTL8111E network chip) motherboard for making a home NAS.
Hi,
I got my wireless driver from http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...oads=true#2772.
There was an install.sh file from the download. When I tried to execute it with terminal I got "'8192cu.ko': -1 Device or resource busy".
After the installation the adapter AWU111N picked up the wi-fi, but it could not connect me to the internet.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
