This simple tutorial is going to show you how to install Firefox 15 in Ubuntu. Firefox 15 is still in beta release. Before it going to stable, the beta release is available in Official PPA for Firefox Beta for Ubuntu 10.04, 11.04, 11.10, and 12.04.
Add Firefox Beta ppa:
First launch a terminal window from the dash or press Ctrl+Alt+T.

Firefox 9.0 stable was released two days ago. Mozilla Stable PPA has updated the packages to the latest but only for Ubuntu 10.04 & 10.10, and other Ubuntu editions can try Firefox 9 by downloading code from Mozilla.org, or waiting for the repository to update.
Now, Ubuntu-Mozilla-Security/PPA has updated the packages of latest Firefox 9 for Ubuntu 11.10 & 11.04.

one step in that I have to move firefox directory ( which actually came after extracting file firefox-21.ob7.tar.bz2)

This is a brand new install of Ubuntu, Firefox and Thunderbird.
On the same computer I also have band new installs of Firefox and Thunderbird for the Wondows7 partition. And they are running perfectly.
One of the Firefox lockups is totally reproducible.
