We certainly expect Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to make its way to ASUS Transformer devices sooner rather than later. Let’s face it, ASUS has one of the best track records for updates as the Transformer Prime received the Ice Cream Sandwich update in January, and the original Eee Pad Transformer (TF101) received it February.
Well you have to hand it to ASUS. They were able to get Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on the Transformer Prime in early January, and now owners of the Original Eee Pad Transformer in Taiwan are starting to receive the update as well.
Hello all.
I am getting a Asus Transformer tf101 tablet for getting a 4.0 GPA on my semester report card.
I was wondering if there is a version that i can boot into while still keeping android on it. i will also be getting the keyboard with a usb port so i can use a flash-drive if i need to.
Thx for your help :)
Probably a simple question and I'm just really being slow but first day using a TF101 and I installed eStrong as I normally do on my Android devices and usually an SD card shows up in as a folder of external_sd_card but it doesn't on here and I don't have a menu. Anyone have an idea of how I access my SDcard through eStrong?

I would like to ask if there is any plan or indicative timeline if an installation would be made available for Asus Transformer TF101 device.
Thanks and Regards

Hi All,
I bought an Asus Transformer (TF101). Its an Android tablet running 3.2 (Honeycomb). I've been trying to use it with Ubuntu 10.04 x64 (my platform of choice to avoid Unity).
The tablet is not recognized since it is an MTP device. I tried following [1] and [2], but all I get is "Transport endpoint is not connected" when trying to cd into /media/transformer.
When it comes to releases, Carphone Warehouse seems to always give us a good indication on dates. Sony already announced the Xperia E budget phone, but didn’t tell us anything more than to expect it Q1 2013. Well Carphone Warehouse has a page to pre-register for the dual-SIM device, and it clearly states that it’s expected February 2013.
I have two Bluetooth connection problems with my Asus Transformer TF101 running ICS:
1. I can pair it with my computer running Windows7 but cannot connect to it nor can the PC connect to the Transformer. Same hold for trying to connect to my Motorola Droid phone running Android 2.2.3, they pair but don't connect. How to I get them to connect so I can do things like transfer files.
2.
As far as I know there r few JB ROMs out there for tf101... my question is anyone of them has sound issue solved ? Tried eos and aosp no progress....
