I am building a web application where my users will be able to upload files.
I use UbuntuOne on Ubuntu 12.04 and Windows 7. Everything synchronized fine for several months until a few weeks ago when UbuntuOne on Windows offered an update which I installed. Now my files on Windows 7 no longer sync even though it recognizes my username and password. It tries to sync and then quits. How do I fix this?
I have added a folder outside the default folder. After a while it showed up on the website and after restarting the client on my machine it showed up there, too.
It says "File Sync is up-to-date" but none of the files in the added folder are being uploaded.
I have an ubuntu server 11.10 with apache 2.2.20, php 5.3.6 and an installation of Joomla cms.

I have just joined UbuntuOne Music and uploaded a couple of hundred (legitimately purchased) tracks. All of the tracks uploaded are mp3 format; further, all of the tracks are recognized within storage by the correct artist and track.
However, when, within UbuntuOne Music, my catalogue of music presents itself as largely "unknown" artist and "unknown" song.
i've tried to install Ubuntu One again and i run into probem.
I's trying to do it with Ubuntu software center - instaled ubuntu one but i can not find ubuntu one in menu so a marked to install ubuntuone-control-panel-gtk and i saw this - "ubuntuone-control-panel-gtk:
Wymaga: ubuntuone-installer but it is not installable"

I was recently unpleasant with U1 taking too much time to sync files that were shared with me.... So I attempted to install the most up to date version... --> Big fail
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:ubuntuone/nightlies
The must up to date version does not have a preference menu (GUI) compatible with Ubuntu 10.04...
Gday everyone! Im new here... but used ubuntu for nearly ayear now!
I've been uploading files to a folder using an FTP user within my web directory : httpdocs/files...
But when my php script goes to move these files to a new directory it fails, the files are uploaded with permissions 'rwx rw- rw- '...
I started using UbuntuOne and I must admit that I am fairly new to this file sharing concept...
So I was wondering, what would happen if my folder containing all of my files were deleted on my computer (like, with a format...).
Would I lose these files or could I recreate the folder after the format and get back my files ?
