http://ubuntuforums.org – I'm having a problem with an MSI WindTop AE1900w. When returning from suspend the screen brightness is too low. If I use the command Code: sudo pm-suspend --quirk-s3-bios it suspends fine and returns at full brightness. s2ram -f -a also works in the same manner. The brightness and volume controls on the monitor/aio do not work, and there is no way to adjust the brightness in the power management app. Any help would be appreciated I am setting this up for an elderly relative who can't deal with suspending from the command line to restore brightness.
