I recently purchased a System 76 Ubuntu desktop and have been seeing occasional drops in connectvity for wireless mice and keyboards.
I started with the Logitech MK270 combo and within a day was seeing fairly common drops: moust cursor would freeze, unresponsive; the keyboard wouldn't respond, Caps lock wouldn't light, and keystrokes would be delayed, and some lost entirely.
I am running a Logitech ex-100 combo wireless mouse/keyboard and I'd like to map the multi-media keys to work.
Both devices work now - although the mouse seems a little slow and laggy.
Does anyone have any suggestion how I can tell the system what keyboard I am using ? It recognizes them (in dmesg) but thinks I have a 105-key keyboard.
I bought a logitech mk360 wireless mouse and keyboard, it worked for a week or so and then the cursor kept freezing up on me forcing me back to a corded combo. What I am looking for is a combo that says right on the box this works with Linux, no ifs ands or butterfingers. Is there such a creature out there in the wilds?
Hi guys,I recently came across with an old Logitech EX 100 wireless combo. The mouse is working great, but the keyboard works pretty funny. It only types something when i press the FN key and something else.. it types "i" and continues typing it until I release the FN key.Any idea on how to fix it?
