http://ubuntuforums.org – Hi All, I cannot connect my Sony Viao laptop to wireless. It just will not seem to connect. I am a bit of a n00b i am afraid so go easy on me ;) I have been through /sys/bus/pci/drivers/ipw2200 does exist. The Wireless has connected before but it has just seemed to have stopped. I have tried a few suggestions made in the forums and edited my interfaces config. Any ideas? Code: auto lo iface lo inet dhcp   auto eth1 iface eth1 inet dhcp wireless-essid NETGEAR The dmesg error which i think is to be the cause: Code: ipw2200: Failed to send CARD_DISABLE: Command timed out.
