[ubuntu] Installing "Installer for Microsoft TrueType core fonts"

http://ubuntuforums.org – When installing this software from "Ubuntu Software Centre" I mistakenly failed to accept the EULA. The package appeared to install OK but actually hadn't. Now if I remove and re-install the package I get a failed EULA pop-up with no option to correct this. How do I recover from this situation? (Hardware)

everytime i got into terminal and run

sudo apt-get install conky

i get screen pop up in my terminal saying..

"TrueType core fonts for the Web EULA │ │ END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT SOFTWARE │ │ IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Microsoft End-User License Agreement │ ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you..."

dont know how to get past this and continue with Conky instalation.

hi. can anyone tell me how to over come this problem which i face while installing cisco packet tracer? i gave the below command to install the software which is a bin file.

sh PacketTracer533_i386_no_tutorials_installer-rpm.bin

but i get the following error when i accpet the EULA,

You have accepted the terms to the EULA.

When I go onto the Ubuntu Software Centre, I get this message,

"Items cannot be installed or removed until the package catalogue is repaired. do you want to repair it now?".

I click on repair, enter my password, and then after a few minutes this message comes up,

"Package operation failed.

The installation or removal of a software package failed".

I can't install Ubuntu restricted extras because a Microsoft EULA pops up that I cannot respond to, so I cannot finish the total install. I have tried omitting the Microsoft bits but that doesn’t work either.

I was trying to troubleshoot a failed right mouse button click after freshly installing Ubuntu 12.04. However something now seems to be causing errors when I install anything in the Software Center. I get errors like below and a "package operation failed" dialogue.
