I have followed the Ubuntu windows installer procedure, but after step 7 I get a message from the windows boot manager saying that windows has failed to start and that I should insert a (nonexistent) windows installation disk.
Further on it reports
Info: The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt.
I have been using Ubuntu 12.04 for almost a year and a half; however, recently I began to run into problems. Ubuntu states that an internal error has occurred and display a warning I have clicked details on that notification and I am putting a screenshot of it here. I hope it clarifies the situation more. I am seeking for a remedy of this issue without re-installing Linux.
