Hi I keep getting a no incoming connections on my Deluge. I know this is a pretty common problem from Google, but I have posted here to see if any one knows why this happens.
I have port forwarded my router and set Deluge to the correct port range.
Is this just a bug ?
Well, it's not a MUST to have an open port to use a torrent client AFAIK. Check if your deluge port is really open: http://www.canyouseeme.org/

I there any way to run SSH on port 80 without losing access to HTTP? I was planning to SSH into to home computer from school, but my ISP (clearwire) blocks every port except 53, 80, 9800, and 9801. I tried running SSH into those ports just to check if incoming connections were allowed.
I have a web service that I'm going to need to open ports for.
I've used my Verizon router to open the ports. The port-checker service I use checks for games, so I'm testing my ability to open ports using port 2302. Here are the settings I'm using for my router:
The port checker service at whatismyip.org shows this port to be closed. How do I open it, am I doing something wrong?
I'm trying to strengthen my server's security. I have a pretty standard CentOS VPS setup.
Below is a list of both TCP and UDP ports configured in my CSF firewall. These ports were open by default since I got my server. I have compiled as much information about these as I can find.
Some ports are obvious to me and I should keep them open (HTTP, POP, cPanel, etc).
My ISP was blocking ports. I asked them to unblock the ports so now we have set all of the port blocking handling to the router we have here at home.
So my question is, is my system secure? Anything I should be aware of?
And if my computer isn't behind any sort of firewall, just straight connected to the Internet (demilitarized zone?) is it secure? does it impose any security risks?
Not sure when something changed to cause this. Deluge used to work just swimmingly for me.I'm not getting any errors from the program itself although I'll post the console output that might shed light. Basically though I have no data transmission for torrents.
I have read and read and done all I know to do to get Deluge BitTorrent client to work with a proxy. I have done what I THINK needs to be done on my router, turned on UPnP. I haven't done anyhting in the way of port forwarding because my router (Netgear V2000V3) doesn't have a TCP option. I don't know what a DAEMON port is or if I should change it.
Hi guys,
