I tried Fedora 17 (with Cinnamon) on my laptop DELL XPS L702x and I love it :) it is very fast and I am very satisfied to use it but I have some troubles with my graphic tablet Wacom Intuos4 M: I cannot customize express keys and all led are switched to off (only pen works). Can someone help me?
I just got a Wacom Intuos4 which I've been craving for a while. Last time I had a wacom tablet was an Intuos2 a million years ago, and that was a PAIN to set up under Linux, so I was VERY happy when I plugged this thing into my Ubuntu 9.10 machine and it just worked. I didn't even have to restart X!
Thank you! The pen feels much more precise with the new drivers...that's great! ...and Wacom KCM does not report errors anymore but the problem with sleep is unfortunately still there - The cursor is not moving after sleep.
This tutorial will show you how to install wacom tablet drivers on Ubuntu 12.04, 11.10 and 11.04 to make your wacom work properly.
Open terminal from the dash home or press Ctrl+Alt+T, add ppa:lekensteyn/wacom-tablet to your system’s repository:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:lekensteyn/wacom-tablet
Update and install wacom driver:
sudo apt-get install input-wacom wacom-dkms
The wacom-dkms pack
I'm new here and my english it's not so good. I've read all posts about bluetooth and wacom bluetooth problems and I can't solve my problem. My ubuntu use a ubuntu-0 default bluetooth adapter, that's not working.
Hi, i don't know if i can help or not. But i just bought the CTH-470(M) today and have it working in Archlinux. As far as packages relating to Wacom, i am using the xf86-input-wacom-git, libwacom, wacom-utility and wacom-udev packages in the AUR.
