http://ubuntuforums.org – Hello! I have a problem determining exactly which Processor I have. It seems like I need to have a Intel T2300 in order to run Parallels. (I need Windows to run next to Ubuntu in order to use "Citavi") Up to now I thought my Thinkpad R60 was equipped with this processor. However Parallels does not work and I am getting the feeling, that I might have a Intel T2300E. The E makes the difference as this serie does not support hardware virtualization. On the Lenovo Support page my Model is listed to have a T2300E. I dont want to believe this as it is the first time I hear anybody talking about a T2300E. Bios as well as Sysinfo tell me that I have a T2300. (I can't find a place to turn on VT in the Bios) How can I be shure? Might I just need a Bios update? Thank you for any Help! (Hardware)
