Hello,
would like to use 2 Google Calendars (two-ways- desktop-to-cloud and cloud-to-desktop) on Ubuntu. Does it work via Online Accounts setup?
Would Ubuntu sync contacts? Would it show Google Drive contents?
Will give Unity a shot if it works with Online Accounts properly like Gnome Shell does;)
Please advise, thank you

For a few weeks now my Ubuntu 12.04 system has been locking up. The hard drive seemed to keep locking up and going into read-only mode. I have to reboot in order to keep working on it.
So, I decided to just clone the hard drive and see if I can recover it.
When I do a regular copy of all files from the drive to another, it gets to about 110 megs in and gives me an input/output error.
Hi,
I'm a newbie to ubuntu and jhave just installed it. Last night i booted it up and went looking for my pictures, music doccuments etc on my hard disk.
This simple tutorial is going to show you how to install Insync for Linux in Ubuntu using PPA.
Insync is Google Drive for power and business user.
I have an Alienware m17x R1 computer with dual Nvidia geforce 260m graphics cards and 1 Nvideo 9400, 16GB Ram, 1 750GB drive (Drive C) and 1 500GB drive (Drive D).
I spent 2-days doing a new install of Win-7, reinstalling all my apps, and tuing the system so it was fast and reliable.
I have a 2nd hard drive that is used for data only, it has been formatted both in NTFS and FAT32, the system is dual booted with Windows so the Data drive is used to share data between Win and Ubuntu.
However in Ubuntu with the user account set as limited user, I cannot do anything with the files, namely create files, edit names, move them, modify etc.
I need to copy files from my computer to my server's folders in /var/www so they are uploaded to my cloud. Here's what I try to do:
I open my computer's terminal and type:
scp /media/user/Files/Documents/documents.docx ubuntu@mywebsite.com:/var/www/documents
Notes on this step
The hard drive that I am trying to copy the file from is an NTFS formatted drive.
