[ubuntu] Changing Size of Ubuntu Partition on Mac OS X/Ubuntu Dual Boot

view story

http://ubuntuforums.org – I currently have a MacBook Pro and on it is a 20 GB partition with Ubuntu. I want to make this partition larger, and in doing so, I am perfectly prepared to delete my current Ubuntu partition. I see four partitions on my HD using the Mac's Disk Utility: 10.7.4b - Mac OS Extended (Journaled) (478 GB) disk0s3 - Linux Swap (1 GB) DISKOS4 - MS DOS FAT (20.61 GB) disk0s5 - Mac OS Standard (2.1 MB) Here are my questions: 1) Could gparted from an Ubuntu boot disk be used to edit the partitions? Disk Utility will not let me. 2) Assuming the response from (1) to be positive, would I erase disk0s (Hardware)
