Hi, new to ubuntu and having difficultly connecting to my wireless router.
It can see the router but will not connect keeps asking for password.
usb adapter is working 100% as i can connect with it using xp 64bit

So i tried the other questions they have not worked, i know for a fact that after installing ubuntu and installing the drivers the sound just starts to work a few days later, however i dont have the additional drivers package on crunch bang so i have no idea what to do!

My Toshiba notebook, a T135D, runs Statler fine but locks up with Waldorf on boot. I can boot the recovery mode and run startx, but the normal boot hangs up just after starting SLiM. Not sure what I should be doing, the only time I've ever managed to get wifi working on Linux was when it worked automatically ^_^;
