i tried running grub-customizer in terminal and it gives me an error:

I have a dual-boot WIn 7/Precise system. I made a mistake with grub-customizer and now at the grub boot menu I can't see any of the Linux entries, just the Win 7 one. What would be the easiest way to boot Linux so I can run grub-customizer again?
I can install grub-customizer with the Ubuntu LiveCD, but it asks for a root partition and I don't see one listed.

I am running 12.04 and after doing some updates I ran grub customizer to clean up the grub menu. I swear I only unchecked Linux entries with old kernels, but when I restarted the only grub choice is for the windows 7 partion.
Could someone help me boot into Ubuntu!

Installed Ubuntu 12.10 as a second OS.

Hey, everyone. I currently have a dual-boot setup with Windows 7 and Ubuntu 12.04
Whenever I start my computer after booting windows previously I'm presented with a different GRUB than usual. I recently downloaded and installed linux kernel 3.6.0 and made some changes to GRUB using GRUB customizer. So I have been doing some tweaking with those files.

i tried to install Grub Customizer but have problems
i used succesfully the commands
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:danielrichter2007/grub-customizer
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install grub-customizer
but i can not find the Applications > System Tools > Grub Customizer
i also run in a terminal
gksu grub-customizer
but nothi
When I try and start Grub Customizer, I get an error window that says the following:

I was originally trying to make my Windows 7 as the default program to start. Searching the Internet I found that using Grub Customizer would help me do this. It was already installed in my applications so I thought I would try it.
