[ubuntu] Bluetooth hardware is not working in ubuntu 11.04

I am using dell inspiron n5050 laptop with ubuntu 11.04 without windows os.my bluetooth is not working.bluetooth drivers are not working with wine1.4.I have tried using ndiswrapper software.But i cannot enable my bluetooth.please help me.

I am trying to get my Bluetooth working on Ubuntu 12.04 for my Dell Inspiron 15R Laptop.

I have tried installing Blueman, but yet Ubuntu is unable to access my Bluetooth Device. Could anyone help me with installing the drivers and configuring the bluetooth.

I just installed Ubuntu 12.04 (dual boot, kept Windows just in case) on my new Acer Aspire One 756-877. As soon as I installed it I also installed the Broadcom driver, since wifi wasn't working, and that solved it right away.

i am new to ubuntu and want to use my bluetooth inbuilt on my laptop ..... i previusly used xp in which there was a specail key p1 ........in which first i had to install the drivers for p1 key/utility then by pressing the p1 key i used to activate the bluetooth stack over which i installed the bluetooth drivers(bilinton or auz.. something like that)....

i had been using bluetooth fine, with devices working, but today when i turned on my computer again bluetooth strangely failed.

there is a bluetooth icon on the top bar, showing "bluetooth on", but if i click on the "bluetooth settings" item, a system settings window shows up and shows me a bluetooth on-off switch which is disabled (i.e.

I have installed drivers for ralink rt3290 wifi/bluetooth in ubuntu 12.04. I can turn on bluetooth using hardware switch but it still shows bluetooth is disabled. any help?
