using an HP Probook 4530s, which incorporates hybrid Graphics (ATI 6470M+Intel Vga). Am under the impression that I managed to install the proprietary drivers from ATI, but how do I know now which VGA the o/s is using?
With the coming of Windows 8 Hybrid Laptops, it would be nice to see Ubuntu running on them. I like the idea of being able to use a keyboard or a touch screen (laptop or tablet, either or).

I have successfully installed the ATI Catalyst drivers on a my ATI hybrid graphics system running on Ubuntu 12.10. I have verified that OpenCL and OpenGL work independently; however OpenCL-OpenGL interop is not functioning correctly. I've done some debugging, but am not sure where to go from here.

I have a semi-dumb device (wifi remote) that I want to initiate a pm-suspend-hybrid from. The remote can issue ascii, decimal, or hex commands via tcp or udp. It does not support sleeps, 2 way communication, certs, SSH, etc.
