I have bandwidthd up and running on my OpenBSD, everything is working.
Is there any way to change the UTC offset for the graphs generated by bandwidthd?
Hi all. I'm new here and new to Ubuntu, so forgive me if I have posted this in the wrong section or I'm asking questions that have an obvious answer.
What I want to do is monitor bandwidth usage at the port level on my VPS.
I have a HP ProCurve switch with 24 ports.
If I set up port 24 to mirror port 1 (which goes to my router), can I use port 24 for normal LAN access as well as to run something like ntop or bandwidthd?
Or does mirroring mean that the port can only be used to read the mirrored packets? MEaning a 2nd NIC is required for LAN access?

I was trying to troubleshoot a failed right mouse button click after freshly installing Ubuntu 12.04. However something now seems to be causing errors when I install anything in the Software Center. I get errors like below and a "package operation failed" dialogue.
Code:
installArchives() failed: Selecting previously unselected package python-gmenu.
