[ubuntu] 9.10 wireless and auto etho connect but no dice

http://ubuntuforums.org – In the off chance that someone has a solution, though it seems there are an overwhelming amount of complications with internet connections in Karmic. Network connections finds the wireless network and all the dns's and ip addresses etc match up with those from another laptop on the same wireless network. Auto etho connects too, but i am unable to browse webpages or download any updates etc...
