Hi all,
I own a T61 and I recently installed a new hard drive.
Sometimes when I boot into Ubuntu it crashes before the actual OS loads. I have no idea if it's the new drive, or maybe a bad installation of ubuntu and I'm not even sure how to diagnose it.
When I use chrome, firefox or other browsers to browse the web, Ubuntu crashes often. Mouse and keyboard don't work anymore, so I have no choice but to restart.
My notebook is an Acer s3-391.
Hi,
I use Nova prime for some time, and I like it..
However, it now and then crashes. I don't know what the cause of the crashes is...
Since the last update there seem to be less crashes...
I made it a system app, and added an entry in build.prop so it stays in memory, but still the crashes are there.
After having searched for a solution for my problem on many forums,
I'm still unable to help my Shockwave Flash 11.2 r202 in Firefox 14.0.1 crashing all the time when I try to watch a video, e.g. on vimeo, but only on mouse movement or keystroke on the keyboard.

Hi :D
Before I fill out a bug report and set up an account with Launchpad I thought I'd post the problem first.
When I use the mouse to copy a link and then right click the drop down opens but as soon as I attempt to use the drop down with the mouse the drop down crashes.
All of the drop down windows in Mozilla Firefox in Bookmarks I get the same thing.
I stream a lot of videos mostly on youtube. And many times the audio just crashes and I can hear nothing but the video works properly. I have to restart Chromium everytime the audio crashes. This has started to annoy me. Any help would be appreciated.I'm using a Asus K52f

I want to let Apport catching all crashes, system wide which means also crashes in programs which are in the HOME folder of a user and not only crashes in Ubuntu packages. Is there any configuration option to realize this?
I normally have a home-made command line python script running in a terminal window at all times to log computer activity. Since I updated to ubuntu 12.04 there has been a lot of crashes (perhaps connected to compiz?). I don't mind waiting for bugs in ubuntu and compiz to be fixed, but in the meanwhile, is there a way to get notified when my script crashes so that I can start it up again?
