http://ubuntuforums.org – Ubuntu Tweak, not an option for Opacity of the Top Panel. The Expermintal does not alter Opacity either. MyUnity 3.0, no support for 12.10 as of today, as the switch to DConf-Editor DConf-editor, can change active/inactive window Opacity, but not Top Panel. I guess you know where I am going with this. Here's what I have found so far: Terminal: (Displays 0.0-1.0 for Current Opacity) Code: gsettings get org.compiz.unityshell:/org/compiz/profiles/unity/plugins/unityshell/ panel-opacity Terminal: (Sets Opacity, Replace X with a number from 0.0000 - 1.0000) Code: gsettin (Hardware)
