I'm running Jaunty with bluez 4.32 on an Asus A8JS notebook. Every time I connect my Targus AMB02US bluetooth mouse, it takes about 5 seconds between pressing a mouse button and the moment the pointer starts responding to mouse movements. It doesn't matter if it's the first connection after system boot or if I'm bringing the mouse out of sleep mode.
When i resume from hibernation, my mouse doesnt move.
Keyboard is fine.
Mouse is a wireless Logitech MediaPlay.
If I unplug then replug the usb receiver, the mouse works fine.
I am running HIDPoint.
I couldnt really understand the bits and pieces I could find to read as I am new to ubuntu.
I have an Acer Aspire L3600.
Thanks so much!
The thread http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=282147, which I don't know how to answer, brings up the question of how "the" keyboard and "the" mouse are determined when a system has more than one keyboard and mouse attached to it.
Hi.
I have a Dell Studio 1715 laptop, which comes with bluetooth, webcam, fingerprint reader, everything. I enjoyed ubuntu a lot in this laptop.... until I met this problem.
I bought a bluetooth laser mouse, which didn't work for me before. Can't remember the brand... now it happens all over again with a brand new mouse, so it can't be the mouse itself.
Hi.
I'm trying to connect wireless bluetooth mouse Trust MI-5700Rp to my notebook Acer Aspire 3935, Ubuntu 9.10
After just 2 seconds of inactivity mouse fall asleep, and to wake it up I need 20 (!) seconds of mouse movements. It's impossible to work. Could someone tell me what should I configure to make my mouse works properly?
I am interesting with Ubuntu for android.
As it is introduced, "when they connect their phone to a monitor, mouse and keyboard, it becomes a PC.", I wanna know, What's meaning of "connect their phone to a monitor, mouse and keyboard"? Is that mean I should find out an adapter to connect a mouse or keyboard to my phone?

Using Jaunty 9.04 on Acer Aspire 5000. The USB ports recognize drives/flash memory, but I just plugged a USB mouse into the port (tried all three, actually) and the system doesn't recognize it. I get no reading from the cursor and don't know how to check if an HID is plugged into a USB port using Linux. Need a little help here. Mouse is a Dynex USB optical mouse.
Hi, I just installed ubuntu 11.10 alongside with windows 7, I have the both operativesystems on two different partitions. But when I start up ubuntu my ordinary mouse and keyboard doesnt work, it's a razer naga mouse and a Microsoft sidewinder keyboard. If I unplug those and plugin an old mouse and keyboard I can log in to then unplug those and use my primary instead.
