Ubuntu 10.10 dual display showing different desktop icons on the screens

http://askubuntu.com – I have 10.10. (64 bit) with Ati Radeon HD 4300/4500 (with ATI proprietary drivers) and two monitors connected to the same display adapter (DVI + VGA). I have enabled "Single display desktop (Multi-desktop)" from ATI Catalyst Control Center. The main display shows most of the icons from ~/Desktop folder, and the secondary shows no icons. If I create an folder in second (empty) monitor, by right-clicking and "Create Folder" the new folder appears in SECONDARY monitor ONLY, not on main display. The newly created folder appears on the ~/Desktop directory (e.g. ls from terminal). Where is the (HowTos)
