need some help please. just did something pretty dumb in a moment of not thinking. i went into rom manager and flashed cwm recovery (I'm using Hairy Bean 1.51 with TWRP) over the damn TWRP recovery, then did a system backup through rom manager.
i am not a rom guy, but i have flashed a few for kicks. never on my n7 though. spent half the day trying to flash a rom, with zero luck. what am i doing wrong?
device is rooted. custom recovery is twrp, version is the latest, i think 18.104.22.168. i've tried simply loading the zip onto the tablet's sd card and flashing it from twrp, and i've tried with the nexus root toolkit.
So i have twrp recovery and just flashed a cyanogenmod. Before flashing, i did a back up on sd-card. Now, I want to restore to my original rom and twrp can't find the backup file. I looked in sd storage and there is no folder called twrp, 0 and nothing in data. Anyone can help?
I have been using clockworkmod recovery at first then i tried to switch to twrp recovery by flashing the twrp zip using odin it worked but now i cant update my twrp recovery and im stuck at 22.214.171.124. ANyone can help me ?i tried goo manager doest work it says installed but when i go into recovery mode its still 126.96.36.199 ...

Hi, yesterday i unlocked the bootloader, flashed TWRP recovery and flashed ViperOne Rom.
I found TWRP very laggy (sometimes it stucks for a minute) while navigating on the functions. Is it normal? I made a quick search on Google but i didn't found nothing about and i just wanna know why it's so laggy (maybe the version of the recovery, maybe whatelse).
I updated to Lollipop using adb and stock recovery. That worked great. Then I flashed TWRP and made a nandroid backup. I have not rooted again since I'm switching to Nexus 9. So I want to reflash stock recovery, but I didn't save it.
I have the original stock recovery from the mantaray-lrx21p factory image, but when I flash it and boot into recovery, it's just blank screen.
I tried to install the twrp recovery from the twrp manager app, but it failed and now I can't get into any type of recovery. When I try to enter recovery mode, I get an error saying I have unauthorized software isntalled. I also tried flashing TWRP with odin, with no avail.
