http://askubuntu.com – After downloading a CD DVD copy of Ubuntu 12.10 and burn to CD, attempt to install the Ubuntu to a Virtual Machine get error: "Failed to open a session for the virtual machine" CliffWindows. I think it also said something about missing the Kernel Driver or some such, but not sure seems that went away on second or third try... The virtual machine 'CliffWindows' has terminated unexpectedly during startup. How to fix? I installed Ubuntu 12.04 last week. Now I want to use windows 7 on ubuntu via virtualbox. I installed the virtualbox and created a new machine namely 'windows 7', im booting through an iso image... when i start the virtual machine it does not run.

I'm a relative Linux/Fedora newbie asking for help.

After doing some updates (using yum update), VirtualBox showed two message boxes.
