Trouble setting up VirtualBox

http://crunchbanglinux.org – Running the latest stable CrunchBang with backports; just did an apt-get update and apt-get dist-upgrade not too long ago so it's pretty freshly up-to-date.  I tried installing VirtualBox (not the first time; last time, I uninstalled it because I couldn't get it to work).  Upon installation, the following errors are produced:Stopping VirtualBox kernel modules. Starting VirtualBox kernel modulesNo suitable module for running kernel found ... failed! failed! invoke-rc.d: initscript virtualbox, action "restart" failed....Module build for the currently running kernel (HowTos)

I had to install the non-free version of Virtualbox, the reason for that is that I need USB to work.So, I downloaded the .deb-package for Squeeze from virtualbox.org.No problem during installation, but when I tried to start I got the following error:HMW's terminal wrote:WARNING: The vboxdrv kernel module is not loaded.

I'm trying to run Virtual Box on Fedora 18. After installing virtual box I tried to run the vboxdrv script:

# /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup Stopping VirtualBox kernel modules [ OK ] Uninstalling old VirtualBox DKMS kernel modules [ OK ] Trying to register the VirtualBox kernel modules using DKMSError!

I have installed VirtualBox using yum as su and I can create a new disk (for windows xp) but when I try to start the virtual machine I get the following error:
