trouble creating bootable windows usb with dd

view story

https://bbs.archlinux.org – I'm trying to create a windows installation usb with dd using this command. dd bs=4M if=/path/iso of=/dev/sdb && sync like the wiki says to do. dd completes without any errors, but booting the usb fails. After I select "boot from usb" in the bios, my system just continues to boot arch without showing any kind of error message. Does anyone have any idea what I could be doing wrong? The iso image works fine in VirtualBox and i've always been able to boot other linux images from my usb. cris9288 https://bbs.archlinux.org/profile.php?id=67169 2013-08-15T0 (HowTos)
