Tripple booting with Refit

http://askubuntu.com – I am currently working on a MAC that is dual booting Ubuntu 10.04 32-bit with MAC OS X (Lion I think) 64-bit via Refit; I never use the OS X partition because I can't stand the UI on Macs, my question is, if I were to try installing Ubuntu 12 64-bit onto this system, using another partition, would I use Refit to have three options when the machine loads up, or would I just use the pre-existing Ubuntu 10.04 GRUB BOOT loader. I was curious as to if this would cause any issues due to the 10.04 BOOT loader being either older or running at 32-bit when trying to install a 64-bit OS. Thanks. (HowTos)
