A recent discussion on LXer concerning the greatness that was Kmail reminded me that I never did a good write-up on installing the KDE3 fork, Trinity-DE.One of the more interesting aspects of this particular discussion is that I wasn't the one to bring up Trinity-DE.
I had Trinity installed on my Mint 12 system and, about 3 weeks ago, (somehow) completely borked it. Upon reinstallation, the Trinity servers were down. As of Friday 1/20/11, I am pleased to report that the Trinity servers are back up.
If you didn't know Trinity is a fork of KDE 3.x and i want it on to Ubuntu 12.04 I try adding the PPAs and doing sudo apt-get install kubuntu-default-settings-trinity kubuntu-desktop-trinity but than i get a error that is
