The original Trine (2009) first became notable to me after I had discovered that its developer Frozenbyte had given full permission to redistribute screenshots of the game under a Creative Commons license as long as an attribution back to them was preserved.
This is the code to get into the Beta. "TrineEEBeta2014" Enter it into the Beta opt in of the properties for the game. Make sure that you choose to use the Beta in the drop down box. 1.2GB download and you're set. Remember to give them some useful feedback on the forums!
I've recently started to game a bit with my 9 year old daughter. She's really into playing Portal 2 and Trine 2 with me (both very different but very fun to play together). I've read that Magicka can also be a fun multiplayer game. Two questions:
1. Any reason to think this is not an age-appropriate game given that she's OK with Portal 2 and Trine 2?
