Trine Enchanted Edition, a 2D adventure developed and published by Frozenbyte, might be getting a Linux released pretty soon.
The Linux players already got to play the second game in the series, which is Trine 2: Complete Story. The devs ported this one the first time, but users have been asking the devs to port the first Trine as well.

The original Trine (2009) first became notable to me after I had discovered that its developer Frozenbyte had given full permission to redistribute screenshots of the game under a Creative Commons license as long as an attribution back to them was preserved.
