Are there any ways to transfer data without wifi or cloud based services from my Ubuntu Desktop PC to my Nexus 7 (tablet) which is running Ubuntu and NOT Android.
Or is there any other solution to this problem, besides using memory unit and OTG-cable?
Is there a way to mount the tablet when it is connected via cable?
It has been awhile since i have tried to transfer any files (like music) from my PC to my phone via usb. I just plugged in my USB to PC any nothing pops up like it used to to allow data transfer. My computer doesn't recognize my phone either. I'm assuming it has something to do with now being on KitKat? I'm just trying to transfer some music.
I have been waiting for the Nexus 7 2, also referred to Nexus 7.2 aka Nexus 7 HD since the rumours started.
I was very disappointed when in may it wasnot announced as expected. Almost at the end of June, we still have no confirmation :(
Last week, two Asus devices, the K008 and K009, were discovered listed under Bluetooth SIG and FCC certifications.
There has been a lot of speculation on a Google Nexus tablet over the last year or so, and things really started heating up this past week when news came out that Google is working on a 7-inch tablet to go head to head with the Amazon Kindle Fire and Barnes & Noble Nook series. If this in fact true, the big question is who is making it?
I want to pull as much from the Skyrocket 2 as possible (ie data, apps, whatever) and transfter to the Nexus 5.
Seems like My Backup Pro might be the best bet as it allows for direct transfer from phone to phone via WiFi. But the only way to have a copy of the backup on my PC is to manually transfer from the SD card to the P C.
I'm having trouble figuring out how to transfer files to and from my Nexus 7 (I'm trying to backup and restore the save data from a couple games). The problem is these files aren't in the sdcard folder, they're in the /data/data/ folder on the root of the Nexus 7. Does anyone know how to view the root of the Nexus 7 with Windows 7?
I want to buy myself a tablet. This would be my first tablet! I want to know what would be the best tablet that cost less than $ 400, or at least around $ 400!
I use a tablet to play games, watch movies .. and that's all.
Of course, some broswing. I thought I take Nexud 7 32 GB + 3 G. After, I found the Asus Transformer 300 and I was thinking and Nexus 10.
