The ACCC has, again, dropped the hammer on the use of the word “unlimited” in advertising for broadband plans. Optus has raised the ACCC’s ire but there’s a message for all ISPs with shaping now coming under scrutiny.
Recently I've been looking to cut my cell phone bill down from $68/month (T-Mobile unlimited minutes/unlimited text/1GB 4G + phone insurance + taxes/fees) to something closer to $30-$40 per month for similar type service, unlimited or higher GB per month would be nice.
I'm trying to add an Unlimited hosting plan into WHMCS for customers but can't seem to figure it out, obviously it's not truly unlimited just as with cell contract's fair usage on Unlimited. But it's sold as "Unlimited".
