http://unix.stackexchange.com – My openSUSE 11.3 laptop is running slow. dmesg shows the following errors: [ 733.162161] psmouse.c: TouchPad at isa0060/serio4/input0 lost synchronization, throwing 5 bytes away. [ 774.230841] psmouse.c: TouchPad at isa0060/serio4/input0 lost synchronization, throwing 2 bytes away. [ 856.344570] psmouse.c: TouchPad at isa0060/serio4/input0 lost synchronization, throwing 1 bytes away. [ 898.451626] psmouse.c: TouchPad at isa0060/serio4/input0 lost synchronization, throwing 1 bytes away. Is that causing the slowdown? How do I fix it? (HowTos)
