Hello, I have an interesting problem with my touch screen, and any help would be greatly appreciated. Here we go! So, I am having difficulties navigating my phone via the touch screen. However, this is not a hardware problem. I figure out how to navigate and go into the settings menu and activated the "show touches" feature.
My Optimus G fell off the table, and apparently it hit the floor with the right top edge of the phone, so that's where the screen is slightly cracked. The worst part is that the touch screen is now only working from the middle to the bottom of the screen. No touch screen upwards.
I know that there must be something broken inside but what's up with the touch screen?
I have a Dell Precision laptop, and on Windows 7 I've been having trouble with the touch screen. The cursor jumps around the screen when I'm not touching it. I'm not sure if it's a driver issue, or a hardware issue, but it's really annoying.
Okay heres the problem. about 1cm from the bottom of the screen is an area which touch in not responsive. I found that pressing down on the top right corner of the screen allows me to use that area of the touch screen, but when I stop pressing down, it goes back to normal.
I dont have any cases on other than the default one. Maybe that is causing an issue?
Anyone having issues with touch on stock 4.4.2. Mines not responding when screen is on,only way to fix is a hard reset.i know its detecting touch still, because when screen is off i can double tap to turn on,but once screen is on touch doesnt work.its happening daily.
I am trying to install Ubuntu on the Razer Edge tablet, but have run into some problems. The screen is rotated 180 degrees. After grub loader, the screen rotates. I have tried other distros and I get the same results. I am not sure what is causing it, but it's awkward to navigate until I rotate the screen back.
I was looking to change my lock screen but didn't really want to use WidgetLocker or any other apps. I recently discovered how to get 4.2 stock Camera, Gallary, and Clock in addition to 4.4 Calendar, and Keyboard (also using 8sms for Messaging) so was now on a mission for the Lock Screen.
