TortoiseSVN keeps asking for a password

http://serverfault.com – Ultimately I am trying to use Subclipse in Aptana Studio 3 to manage projects. I have successfully installed Subversion on my Bluehost shared server account (tested by making sure I can create a repo), Subclipse in Aptana and TortoiseSVN (but I can make do without TortoiseSVN if I can get Subclipse to work). I have gone through several how-tos/tutorials, including this one, and this one, and this one and I am still having to enter a password when I use PuTTy to log in, use TortoiseSVN client's repo browser, or via Aptana. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong or how to figure out where to (HowTos)
