Canonical has published a statistic about the top paid applications that were sold through Ubuntu Software Center in November. Every month, Canonical makes a list with the top applications, either paid or free. This particular top deals with the paid apps, featuring some pretty interesting newcomers.
I´am playing with Software Center's API, after seeing this post on askubuntu.
My question is: how can I get a list of all Ubuntu Software Center's apps?
From the other question I get this endpoint for retrieving all apps: http://software-center.ubuntu.com/api/2.0/applications/any/ubuntu/any/any/

I can't buy a paid app in Ubuntu store, it asks me to sign on then just goes to a blank white screen. This is the first paid app I've tried to buy since reinstalling Ubuntu 12. The last app I bought was some years back so I don't know if its just this app or Ubuntu pay. However free "paid" apps that use the same system work. If it matters the app I'm trying to buy is MC-Launcher and is $2.99.

I'm happy to pay for apps/games that I enjoy but not happy to have ads in them - I may as well have the free version if I'm going to have to put up with ads. From reading reviews on the android market it appears that some paid apps/games still include ads, has anybody ever made a list of those that are ad free when paid for?
