I like my phone, I like my plan, but this is getting annoying.
Scenario- new refill card in my prepaid account a few days ago. There's more than enough money to cover the new month starting today. Issue one- the my account changed from charge date of 2-1-2013 to 2-2 and then BACK.
Next, my service appears to be shut off as of a few hours ago despite the above.
While many people prefer to obtain their mobile devices via a monthly service contract for a year or two at a time, there are buyers who are interested in obtaining service through prepaid offerings. AT&T has announced a new option in its GoPhone portfolio targeted at smartphone users. The $65 per month plan includes unlimited talk and text and adds in 1GB of allotted data per month.
Hey all,
My Moto XPRT began to screw up last month and I switched back to my previous LG Rumor.
I noticed my shrinkage status completely disappeared. When I switched, I was one month's payment away from full shrinkage (17/18 months).
Now, my Boost account shows my next monthly payment is $40. I made the on-time payment this month, so my next payment should be $35.
All,
I am not about to tell you all jump ship from the Triumph. I just wanted to let you know I called Virgin Mobile for my Wife. She has been on the $25.00 a month plan from a very long time. The way VM is configured now, no matter what phone you move to now you loose that plan and you move to the $35.00 plan.
Hello all,
I have a pretty basic question that I'm hoping I can get an answer to.
The latest Roy Morgan mobile service customer satisfaction survey puts Virgin Mobile in the lead. VHA disagrees. I don't.
I'm surprised I'm not seeing more talk about this in these forums.
My phone service is completely free, and in fact I'm making money because I switched from T-mobile to Solavei, which uses T-mobile's network, and offers me unlimited talk, text and data. (4G speeds up to 4GB).
Without beating around the bush, I'm at the end of my Fast Action Bonus period, which every Solavei member gets.
I thought this was good to post...
While I'm having no Data (see my posts if you'd like) with the Virgin/Sprint outage from April 11th here in Mesa/Phoenix, AZ I thought this was interesting to tell that I'm getting dropped calls ONLY when I call sprint/Boost mobile/Virgin mobile stores and the famous Virgin Mobile customer service phone number...
So, is anyone else having a service outage tonight? About 2 hours ago, both my voice and data quit working. My account is current and is set to renew early next month.
About an hour ago, the 3G data services came back, but the voice calls are still out.
