Indeed this phone has FM radio. I'm rooted but I don't know if you need root actually. Spirit FM on xda works great. If you like it there's a better version in the play store
Hey so I'm seeing various answers in regards to our phones having FM radio capability in the hardware or not, some people are saying it doesn't period since LG didn't put it in from the factory , others are saying on some international models of the LG optimus G pro, they have this capability.

I have a 2011 Corolla and have been using the factory installed Bluetooth radio with my RAZR M for more than a year with no problems. Two days ago I was experimenting with using the phone as a Bluetooth audio device through my car radio since that is a separate option on the radio. I now cannot pair my phone with the car radio.
Been looking for a radio that performs well in the Houston area. Currently with ATT. Tried out all the radio but none of them seem to work consistently even streaming a radio station. I downloaded the new radio version 4A.20.3263.30_10.38l.1157.04L. There has been great improvment on LTE signals but Wi-Fi sucks as he'll. I can't seem to find a radio that is balanced out.
