Hi,I'm looking for a way to connect two displays (DP and DVI) to my docked (Lenovo ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus) T430s while using the internal screen as well. Thats the point I'm pretty much stuck right now. I managed to connect the external Displays (without using any of the nvidia stuff), but I can't use all three displays at the same time.
Hello dluco'/run/media/<user>/' is the default mount path of udisks2, used by gvfs of thunar. If you want to change that you can try other tools for (auto)mounting: see https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Udisks#Udisksudev rules are not that easy to use, but I think you will find a tool already doing what you are looking for.Cheers.
Ok, I think I have a fix. Deleting my Thunar config files helped. But here's the tricky part:You know the "~/.config/Thunar" directory? That apparently is not the Thunar config file location. Instead, I removed "~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/thunar*". After restarting Thunar, my Trash can worked correctly.
GourdCaptain wrote:None of the same stuff crashes if I use pcmanfm instead. This is probably a graphics driver issue...How so? You could run Thunar with strace, to see what it is doing. I would have tried gvfs-git, since Thunar has it as optional dependency, you most probably have it installed, however since pcmanfm does work and also relies on gvfs, this is probably a dead end.
