Hi Folks!
I use Solaris 10 on my desktop but would like to start using it on my laptop, which is a Thinkpad T400. I am moderately experienced in using Solaris but don't have much experience in installing it on anything other than my desktop.
Hi,
I have openSuSE 11.3 + KDE 4.4 running on a Thinkpad t400.
Knetwork manager recognizes my wireless networks and the icon shows that my computer is connected. However, I am not able to connect to the web - browser, chat, twitter app - nothing works.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
Thanks
I've got a Thinkpad T400 with Gentoo Linux installed. Suspend-to-RAM works like a charm.
However, Susped-to-Disk doesn't work: if I suspend, the Laptop powers down and accesses the HD for around 30s.
Hello,
Hi I really need help I can't determine if my graphics card is defect!
I have just set up Fedora 12 on a month old Lenovo Thinkpad with Integrated Intel Graphics and a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470.
I have NOT installed any third party drivers or any proprietary drivers.
Its a totally clean system (single boot, formated discs).
The Problem:
I have ubuntu running on a thinkpad t400 with intel 4000hd graphics chip.
It's a long story so let me start with what happened first, before while running any window/desktop every few days the dri aspect would segfault, so I would be left with windowless desktops.
So I update the intel drivers to the latest ppa version.
Hi,
I installed OpenSuse 12.1 on my Dell 690 (X2 dual core Xeon 2.66GHZ, 8G RAM 667 FBDIMM quad channel, 500G at striping RAID (2X 250G SATA), nVidia Quadro FX 3400).
All installation was smooth, took less than 15 minutes. But when I'm trying to login, instead of showing me the desktop computer freezes (user/password screen in fine, just desktop seem to have issues).
Hi,
i recently got an Asus laptop with intel core i3-350m and hence the integrated (on cpu) intel graphics.
it was a real nightmare for me to even install opensuse 11.2 as i would get the black screen when X is about to start, until i managed to set the video driver to vesa.
Hello,
I installed the game 0 A.D. from playdeb.net. When I run it, everything seems fine. However, the mouse doesn't reach the bottom of the screen which makes it impossible to play since that is where the start game button is in the next screen. This is happening on two different laptops.

Lenovo Thinkpad T400
Does anyone have a solution to this?
