On Ubuntu 12.04, I added 4 keyboard layouts using the + button. Since then, the + button has been disabled and I cannot add more layouts.
Is there a limit to the number of keyboard layouts?
This is from a bug I reported that never got a response (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/console-setup/+bug/881222). That was a 11.10 upgrade and now with a Precise upgrade, the issue continues with the Precise upgrade.
I can't add alternative keyboard layouts.

Go to Keyboard Layout
Press the + button
Nothing at all appears.
