I have a Xperia Z1 running KitKat and have a problem with app updates, wonder if I'm the only one or that others also suffer from this problem. I have disabled in the Update Center the automatic update of apps and also in the Playstore, nevertheless apps get updated all the time. Since I use mostly my data connection, this costs me a lot of data usage.
I upgraded stock firmware ME2 to MEA, but I noticed that the Playstore does not show notifications of new updates of apps installed.
I already deleted the google account and cache-data of playstore but no luck.
I'm on Crash jellybeam rom , and i when ever i download apps like aldiko bookreader , ski safari , m not able to install it from playstore, the file downloads but then it says 'could not install on sdcard or internal' (something like that).

Well I went to download my apps from Playstore last night after flashing Ctmod 3.80 and man was I surprised! Google has totally changed the face of Playstore. I have to say at first glance I really didn't like it. Just seemed really plane. I need to go back through and really take a look at it before I officially make my decision. Fell free to leave you're thoughts and comments.
I bought the Samsung Galaxy Victory for Virgin Mobile earlier this evening. I have been unable to download apps from th PlayStore since I bought the phone. I've done a factory reset, tried using a different email to sign into the Playstore and it hasn't helped. I've also tried downloading a few different apps to see if maybe the issue was confined to just one APP, that didn't help either.
I do not have a clue as to what is causing this but I know it is becoming very tiresome. When some apps that are automatically updated they seem to get stuck in permanent download mode. On the apps page it is shows a continuously streaming blue line but no indication as to how much date has downloaded.
